Shipping rates and coverage

Shipping is a flat $4.95 per order within the United States. If you need a shipment outside the U.S., contact us before ordering and we will see what we can arrange.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped promptly after payment. Delivery times depend on your address and carrier schedules; most U.S. orders arrive within one to two weeks of purchase.

Tracking and issues

If your order has not arrived or arrived damaged, contact us with your order number and we will make it right. See our returns page for refund details.
